01 / Who we are
What is NinA AI?
NinA AI Agency is an AI agency from Amsterdam, founded in 2024 by Olaf Lemmens. We help businesses actually use AI in their work: not as a toy on the side, but in the processes where people still retype, search and wait.
We do that in three ways. We share knowledge, through talks and workshops. We advise, with AI consultants who calculate what AI delivers. And we build, with our own developers who put workflows and AI agents into your systems. All three from the same team, with the same motto: don't let the hype get to you, start small.
Our office is in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Our clients are all over the Netherlands and in Belgium. For most projects we come to you; for an intro call or a good conversation, you're welcome at ours too.

02 / What we do
Three ways to work with us.
From one afternoon with your team to a dedicated AI team for a year. All prices included, excluding VAT.
03 / Workshops
An AI workshop at your offices, or in Amsterdam by arrangement.
We run most workshops at the client's: in the canteen, the meeting room or the head office, anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium. That works well, because your team is in its own environment, with its own laptops and its own systems. Rather get away from the office for a bit? Then ask about the options in Amsterdam.
A workshop takes half a day, about 3 to 4 hours, with 6 to 15 participants. Your team works on its own tasks: quotes, customer emails, reports, whatever is on your desk. Afterwards everyone knows what AI can and can't do, how to work safely with company data, and which three things they'll do differently tomorrow.
A workshop costs € 4,500 per half day, a talk or keynote € 2,450. We invoice in advance, and travel within the Netherlands is included.

Does your AI agency need to be in Amsterdam?
Honestly: less than you'd think. For AI consulting and building AI agents, distance matters little. A lot of the work happens online, inside your systems. What does matter: whether the agency knows your work floor, whether it builds what it advises, and whether it's still around after delivery.
Still, it helps if your partner is around the corner, or can at least drop by easily. We always do the AI Quick Scan on site, because you only understand a process once you've looked over someone's shoulder. Workshops work better in a room than on a video call. And a quarterly review is easier around the same table.
If you're in Amsterdam or the surrounding area, we're with you quickly. If you're in Groningen, Maastricht or Ghent, we'll come just as readily. Travel within the Netherlands is included in the price.

No. Our office is in Amsterdam, but we work for organizations across the Netherlands and Belgium. We do the AI Quick Scan and workshops at your offices. Travel within the Netherlands is included.
Can we do an AI workshop in Amsterdam?
Yes, by arrangement. We run most workshops at your offices; a session in Amsterdam is something we agree on together. A workshop costs € 4,500 per half day (about 3 to 4 hours, 6 to 15 participants), a talk or keynote € 2,450. Both invoiced in advance, excluding VAT.
What does an AI consultant in Amsterdam cost?
At NinA we charge one rate of € 150 per hour for advice and building. You start with the AI Quick Scan at € 6,000 one-off. After that, the advice continues in the AI Partnership: € 4,500, € 7,500 or € 12,000 per month, for a minimum of twelve months, then two months' notice. All amounts excluding VAT.
Do you also work in Belgium?
Yes. We work across the Netherlands and Belgium, for workshops, talks, the Quick Scan and the partnership. Get in touch to agree on travel outside the Netherlands.
Is our data safe with an AI agency?
At NinA, data stays in the EU, on your own infrastructure or on servers with a European provider. We work to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 (certification in preparation), there's always a human in the loop, and code, data and documentation remain yours.
How quickly can you start?
You book an intro call yourself in our calendar, using the button on this page. We schedule the AI Quick Scan within two weeks of agreement, and the roadmap is ready within a week after that. Workshops are scheduled by arrangement.
