AI by sector. Your work, your systems

An online store wrestles with returns and product copy, a consultancy with reports, a factory with cost estimates and a healthcare organization with record-keeping. Per sector we show which processes AI takes over, which systems we connect to, where the pitfalls are and what it delivers.

01 / Choose your sector

Ten sectors we come across often.

Per sector: the processes that come up again and again, the systems we connect to, the rules to keep in mind and, where we have them, the cases.

02 / The same, yet different

What every sector has in common, and where the difference lies.

In almost every organization we talk to, the manual work sits in the same places. Something comes in by email or PDF and someone retypes it. Knowledge lives in the heads of a few experienced colleagues. Reports take a day and get half read. That pattern is no different in an online store than in a factory.

The difference is in three things. The systems: an online store runs on Shopify or Magento, a factory on an ERP with bills of materials, an accountancy firm on practice management software. The rules: in healthcare NEN 7510 applies, in law professional confidentiality, in e-commerce the right of withdrawal. The language: a cost estimator talks differently from a category manager.

That's why we never start with an off-the-shelf solution, but with a day of looking over shoulders in the AI Quick Scan. Then we build on your systems, within your rules, in your language.

  • 01Retyping

Orders, invoices, requests, supplier info. In every sector, every day.

  • 02Knowledge in heads

The cost estimator, the senior adviser, the planner. What if they're not there?

  • 03Reports

Quality reports, advisory reports, monthly figures. Lots of work, few readers.

  • 04Questions that keep coming

From customers, colleagues and suppliers. The same question a hundred times.

Across the boundaries of sectors.

03 / Not listed?

Your sector isn't listed?

No problem. The ten sectors are a selection, not a limit. We've also worked with organizations in construction, government, aviation and the maritime sector, such as KernBouw, the Municipality of Lelystad, the Dutch Police, Schiphol Group and Boskalis.

The question isn't which sector you're in, but which processes have high volume, digital input and an outcome you can measure. You'll find those everywhere. In logistics it's consignment notes and status queries, in construction quotes and extra work, in government letters and case files.

Want to get a picture yourself first? Take the free self-scan below, or see where an AI agent fits, department by department. That cuts across sectors: an invoice is an invoice.

  • 01Government and public sector

Letters, case files, knowledge base and questions from residents. Always with a human who decides. Read AI for government.

  • 02Education

Timetables, questions from students and parents, policy documents and a knowledge base.

  • 03And beyond

Your sector isn't among them? Book an intro call and we'll take a look together.

05 / Questions

Frequently asked questions about AI by sector.

Which sectors does NinA AI work in?

On this site we cover ten sectors: e-commerce and retail, professional services, manufacturing, construction and installation, logistics and wholesale, healthcare, staffing and secondment, hospitality and leisure, marketing and communication agencies, and financial services. We've also worked with organizations in government, aviation and the maritime sector. In total we've helped more than 160 organizations with AI.

Does AI make sense in every sector?

Every sector with office work has processes AI can take over: retyping, summarizing, looking things up and drafting. Whether it pays off depends on volume and data. That's why we calculate it first in the AI Quick Scan, and only start a partnership when the business case as a whole earns back at least twice the investment.

Do you have standard solutions per sector?

No. We do have building blocks we reuse often, such as reading documents, preparing draft replies and making knowledge searchable. But every solution is connected to your own systems and set up around your process. If standard software solves your problem, we'll say so: buy that.

Do you work with sensitive data, such as in healthcare or law?

Yes. Data stays in the EU, on your own infrastructure or on our servers with a European provider. We work to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 (certification in preparation), Azure OpenAI is an option and there's always a human in the loop. Data agreements are settled before we build.

What does AI cost for my sector?

The price doesn't depend on the sector, but on how many processes you want to tackle at once. You start with the โ‚ฌย 6,000 AI Quick Scan. After that, the AI Partnership runs as package S (โ‚ฌย 4,500 per month), M (โ‚ฌย 7,500) or L (โ‚ฌย 12,000), for a minimum of twelve months, then two months' notice. All amounts excluding VAT.

My sector isn't listed. Can you still help us?

Probably. The processes where AI delivers the most, such as orders, invoices, customer questions, quotes and reports, exist in almost every sector. Book a fifteen-minute intro call and we'll see together whether there's enough to gain.
