01 / Sound familiar?

Everyone has AI. Hardly anyone has learned it.

Licences are easy to sort out. The hard part comes after. People open the tool, type a question, get a mediocre answer and give up. Or they paste in everything, including what shouldn't go in. Good AI training solves both.

  1. Two enthusiasts, the rest watch

“Pete and Fatima do everything with AI. The rest don't even know where the icon is.”

  2. Mediocre answers

“I tried it, but I still have to rewrite everything myself.”

  3. Unsure what's allowed

“Can I paste that customer list in? Nobody knows for sure.”

  4. Scattered experiments

“Every department uses a different tool, and nobody shares what works.”

  5. The AI Act

“We need to do something about AI literacy. But what exactly?”

02 / The formats

Three ways to teach your team AI.

Which one fits depends on what you want to achieve. Inspiring a room is different from teaching a team to work with its own assistant. And a team that wants to embed AI in its work needs more than one afternoon.

  • € 2,450

Keynote · for the whole room

    Everyone on the same page

One session for a large group, on site or online. We tailor the content beforehand to your sector and audience: what AI can already do today, what it means for your work and where the limits are. Strong as the opener for a kick-off, leadership day or staff event.

  • € 4,500

Workshop · per half day, hands-on

    Get hands-on

Three to four hours of doing it yourself, with 6 to 15 participants and a laptop each. Prompting on your own work, setting up your own assistant and working through use cases with your own documents. Ideally at your offices, so we can look over shoulders.

    Training within the partnership

    Learn while we build

The AI Partnership has workshops built in. Your team learns exactly what's being built, at the moment it goes live. So it doesn't stop at one inspiring afternoon: the work itself changes.

Keynote, workshop or partnership: which fits you?

Not sure? Most organizations start with a keynote for everyone or a workshop for one team. If you want it to stick, there needs to be a plan behind it.

04 / What you learn

What your team learns, by level.

Almost every group has a wide range of levels, from colleagues who have never opened ChatGPT to people already working with agents. That's not a problem: we set the level in the intro call, and for teams that are further along we run separate sessions.

  • Foundations

Never got past typing in a question

    • How a language model works, and why it sometimes talks nonsense
    • Writing good prompts, without jargon
    • Getting emails, minutes and documents done faster
    • What you should and shouldn't put into an AI tool
  • Advanced

Using it daily, and it should be better

    • Your own assistants that know your brand and products: GPTs, Claude Projects and skills, or Copilot agents
    • Working with your own documents, Excel and PDFs
    • Checking output before it goes out
    • Sharing prompts and assistants with your team
  • Building

    Ready for the next step

    • AI automation: workflows that take over tasks
    • AI agents that finish work on their own, with a human in the loop
    • Vibe coding: building without being a developer
    • When to do it yourself, and when to have it built

Try it yourself

Why one prompt works and another doesn't.

We practise this in every training with your own work. Pick a task and switch on the ingredients: role, context, example and format. The AI isn't stupid. It just doesn't know what you know.

Pick a task

What you get back

Dear customer, Thank you for your message. We are handling your request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Customer Service

Example answers, not live AI. The difference is real, though.

05 / How it works

From first conversation to a team that uses it.

A workshop only lands when the examples are about your own work. That's why most of the effort goes into preparation.

  1. 01

    Intro call

    15 minutes

Who's in the room, which tools do you already use, and what should be different afterwards? Then we advise a keynote, a workshop or both.

  2. 02

    Tailored preparation

    Beforehand

We tune it to your sector and level and ask for a few real examples: an email, a quote, a report. Anonymised where needed. That's what we practise with.

  3. 03

    The session

One session or half a day

Explanation, practice and building your own assistant in the tool you already have. Everyone works on their own laptop. No slides full of promises.

  4. 04

    The next step

    Afterwards

Concrete agreements and a list of opportunities. Want to know which processes AI delivers the most for? The AI Quick Scan is the logical next step.

07 / AI literacy

Does AI training count towards the AI Act?

Yes. Training on your people's own tools and tasks is one of the clearest measures you can take. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has asked organizations that use AI to work on the AI literacy of their people. Since an amendment in July 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), it says you take measures that support AI literacy. A guaranteed level per person isn't required.

A certificate isn't mandatory, the European Commission writes in its questions and answers on AI literacy (2025). It is smart to record who had which training, on which tools, and when you'll repeat it.

We tailor the training to the role: what a recruiter needs to know is different from what a developer or a director needs to know. This is an explanation, not legal advice: if you're unsure about your obligations, ask a lawyer.

  • 01By role

Everyone gets the basics, users go hands-on, builders and leadership focus on their own risks.

  • 02On your tools

AI literacy is about the systems you actually use, not about AI in general.

  • 03On record

After every session you know who attended and what was covered. You record that yourself in your AI policy.

  • 04Repeated

Tools change every quarter. Training once is a start, not an end point.

08 / After the training

What an ordinary working day looks like a week later.

Examples by department. Not a vision of the future, just the work on the desk. A human always decides.

  • Marketing

    Before the training

Every campaign text starts with a blank screen. And what AI writes reads like AI.

    After

An assistant that knows your writing style delivers three versions. The marketer picks one and polishes it.

  • Sales

    Before the training

Half an hour of googling before every meeting, and every proposal typed from scratch.

    After

Research and a first draft of the proposal in minutes. The account manager makes it personal.

  • Finance

    Before the training

Hunting for anomalies in a 4,000-line export by hand.

    After

AI puts the odd lines at the top and explains why. The controller reviews and decides.

  • HR and recruitment

    Before the training

Job ads copied from 2022, and nobody knows what was agreed about AI.

    After

A clean first draft in your house style, and clear agreements on what is and isn't allowed.

  • Operations

    Before the training

Notes, schedules and reports around the real work eat up half the day.

    After

Minutes and weekly reports ready as drafts. And a shortlist of processes ripe for automation.

  • Leadership and management

    Before the training

Ten scattered experiments, and no idea what they deliver.

    After

One picture of where the opportunities are, and a decision on what comes first.

09 / Where is your team?

Training is phase one. The value lies further on.

Almost every organization is in phase one: loose prompts, personal gains. Good training brings everyone to the same level and shows where work piles up. Only with workflows and agents does the work itself change.

Where are you? Click a phase.

What it looks like
People use ChatGPT or Copilot for an email or a summary. The handy ones save time, the rest watch.
What you need
Licences, a few ground rules and basic prompting skills.
What it delivers
Personal and hard to measure. The organization barely notices.

Our advice if you're here

Get your team to the same level in one afternoon. Then you'll see where work piles up.

You could feel the energy. Our whole team walked out with concrete ideas that we started using that same week.
Judi van den Berg · Category Manager, DA Drogist, after an AI workshop

In all honesty

One training session isn't change yet. What you do next is.

That's why every keynote and workshop ends with a next step. In one day on site, the AI Quick Scan (€ 6,000) calculates which processes AI delivers the most for. After that, a dedicated team builds and trains in the AI Partnership, with workshops built in.

10 / Questions

Frequently asked questions about AI training.

Question not listed? Book a fifteen-minute intro call and we'll think it through with you.

What does AI training for employees cost?

At NinA AI, a keynote costs € 2,450 and a hands-on workshop € 4,500 per half day, both excluding VAT. Preparation and tailoring to your sector are included, as is travel within the Netherlands. We invoice in advance. Training within the AI Partnership comes out of the package hours, from € 4,500 per month.

How many people can join an AI workshop?

A workshop works best with 6 to 15 participants, so we can help everyone. If the group is bigger, we split it into two half days or combine a keynote for everyone with a workshop for a core team. A keynote is made for large groups.

How long does an AI workshop take?

Half a day, about three to four hours. That's long enough to explain the basics, practise on your own work and set up your own assistant. A keynote is one session, usually around an hour, with time for questions.

What should participants bring?

A laptop and access to the AI tool you use, with a business account. During preparation we check together that licences and settings are in order. It helps if participants bring a few real examples of their work; we anonymise confidential material beforehand or replace it with practice material.

Can AI training be done online?

A keynote works fine online. A workshop can be online, but we recommend on site: hands-on works best when we can look over shoulders and help straight away when someone gets stuck.

Which AI tools do you train in?

The tool you already use: ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or Gemini. That way your team can carry on the next day in the environment that's already there. Still unsure about the choice? We'll help you decide in the intro call.

Is AI training enough to comply with the AI Act?

Training is a strong measure for the AI literacy that Article 4 of the AI Act asks for, but the law doesn't prescribe a fixed format. Tailor it to role and risk, record who had which training and repeat it when tools change. According to the European Commission, a certificate isn't mandatory. This isn't legal advice; if you're unsure about your situation, ask a lawyer.

What's the difference between an AI keynote and an AI workshop?

A keynote gives a large group the same picture in one session: what can AI do, what does it mean for us, where are the limits. In a workshop, a smaller group gets hands-on, with their own work and their own assistant. Many organizations combine them: first build support across everyone, then a core team that really gets going.

Can we cancel or reschedule a booked session?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 5 working days before the session. If you need to reschedule, we'll find a new date that works for you.

What happens after the training?

Your team knows how to work with AI and there's a list of opportunities. The logical next step is the € 6,000 AI Quick Scan: one day on site, a business case and a roadmap within a week. If you then want to build, you do that in the AI Partnership, which has workshops built in.

Plan the training for your team

Fifteen minutes is enough to work out whether a keynote, a workshop or both fits. Afterwards you get a tailored proposal.
