About AI automation.
Which processes can be automated with AI?
Anything with a fixed pattern and a lot of volume: order intake, invoices, purchase orders, customer questions, product copy, reports and quotes. The work where someone reads, retypes, looks up or summarizes. We decide per step whether AI does it, assists or stays out.
Which tools do you use?
A lot of n8n for workflows and integrations, the language model that fits the task (by default with a European provider), and custom code where needed. We connect to Exact, AFAS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
What does AI automation cost?
We build within the AI Partnership: from € 4,500 per month for 30 hours of our team, at one rate of € 150 per hour. It starts with the € 6,000 AI Quick Scan, which shows what each process delivers. Our guarantee: at least 2x back in year one.
We already built a prototype ourselves. Can you take it to production?
Yes. Many teams have something vibe-coded that never left one laptop. We check whether it's secure, make it scalable and put it in production, with monitoring and maintenance.
