n8n is a workflow automation platform. You build flows of steps: when an email arrives, read the attachment, put the data in your CRM and post a message in Teams. Hundreds of apps have ready-made connectors, and anything else connects through an API.

What sets n8n apart from Zapier or Make: you can self-host it, you don't pay per task, and AI models and agents are just another step in a workflow. That's why we build most with it.

About having n8n built.

Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?

n8n can be self-hosted so your data stays in the EU, and you don't pay per task. You can also build AI agents in it. For a simple link between two tools Zapier is sometimes faster; for business processes with sensitive data we choose n8n.

What does it cost?

We build within the AI Partnership: from € 4,500 per month for 30 hours at € 150 per hour. Maintenance of what runs via a maintenance contract from € 245 per month; hosting on our EU platform from the Silver level.
