What does an AI Partnership cost?
Package S is € 4,500 per month (30 hours), M € 7,500 per month (50 hours) and L € 12,000 per month (80 hours). Every partnership starts with the € 6,000 AI Quick Scan, so year one is € 60,000, € 96,000 or € 150,000. All amounts excluding VAT.
How long does a partnership run?
At least twelve months, then rolling with two months' notice. Developing an organization takes a year; a workshop isn't change yet.
How is it invoiced?
Per quarter in advance, on the first day of the quarter, payable within 14 days. The Quick Scan is invoiced on agreement.
How does the guarantee work?
In the Quick Scan we calculate what each opportunity delivers, on the expected scenario. If year-one savings aren't at least twice the investment, we don't start, and advise a smaller package, a different process or nothing.
Is our data safe?
Data stays in the EU: on your own servers or on our platform with a European provider. We work to ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, data agreements are settled before we build, and a human is always in the loop.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. A talk or workshop gets your team to the same level, or you start with just the AI Quick Scan. We only build within a partnership, because what's built needs to be maintained.
