  • € 2,450

A one-hour session that takes your whole team through what AI can already do today, with current examples from your industry. Per talk, excl. VAT.

    • One hour on site, including preparation and alignment beforehand
    • Fully tailored to your sector and audience
    • The latest AI news and recent examples
    • Interactive and practical, with Prompt Pro Tips
    • Use cases and examples that connect to your work
  • € 4,500

Workshop · per half day, hands-on

Your team gets to work and sees results straight away

An interactive half day of 3 to 4 hours in which your team works with AI itself, and walks out with concrete opportunities for its own processes. Per half day, excl. VAT.

    • Half a day on site (3 to 4 hours), led live by an AI consultant
    • Ideally 6 to 15 participants
    • Based on Design Thinking principles, with an overview of opportunities for your processes as the result
    • Practical exercises with dummy data or your own documents, in the tools you already use
    • Online and offline group activities possible

02 / On the programme

From a short keynote to chairing the day.

What you need depends on your programme. A conference needs a strong opening, a leadership day needs room for questions, and a team that wants to get to work needs a workshop.

Whichever format fits, you always get a tailored proposal first, with no obligation.

  • 01AI keynote · 30 to 60 minutes

A thought-provoking opening for a conference, kick-off or client event. It gets the room thinking and sets direction.

  • 02Guest speaker · 45 to 90 minutes

Part of a bigger programme, such as a leadership day or members' meeting. With room for questions from the audience.

  • 03Chair of the day · half or full day

Olaf leads your AI programme, connects the speakers and holds the common thread from opening to close.

  • 04Hands-on workshop · half day

Getting to work with AI tools yourself. Ideal with 6 to 15 participants, and everyone goes home with something that works.

03 / By department

Examples from their own work.

A session only lands when the examples are about people's own work. Marketing has different questions than finance, so Olaf tailors the content to the departments in the room. A mix of departments works well too: everyone sees where the team next door can save time.

Looking for Olaf's keynote themes, such as the four phases of AI adoption? You'll find them on his speaker profile.

  • Marketing

Content that doesn't read like AI, campaigns out the door faster, and images and video without an agency. Including where it goes wrong if you let the model do as it pleases.

  • Sales

Research before the meeting, proposals that aren't typed from scratch every time, and follow-up that doesn't get left lying around.

  • Operations

The admin around the real work: orders, schedules, reports. This is often where the most time is won, with the least resistance.

  • Finance

Reading invoices and data, spotting anomalies, and reports and analyses that would otherwise take a day.

  • HR and recruitment

Job ads, screening and onboarding. Plus the conversation that's coming anyway: what do we agree internally about using AI?

  • Leadership and management

Fewer tools, more direction. Where are the opportunities, what does it cost, and how do you avoid ten separate experiments running side by side?

04 / Beginners and advanced

From first prompt to your own AI agents.

Almost every room has a wide range of levels. Olaf is used to that and keeps both groups engaged. For teams past the basics, we run separate sessions at an advanced level. We set the level in a short intake.

  • Beginners

Never got further than typing in a question

We start with how a language model actually works and why it sometimes talks nonsense. Then straight to the work on their own desk.

    • Writing good prompts without jargon
    • Getting documents, email and reports done faster
    • What you should and shouldn't put into an AI tool
  • Advanced

Already well ahead, and looking for the next step

For teams past the basics we run specific sessions at an advanced level. Here it's about building and automating, not getting acquainted.

    • AI automation: workflows that take over tasks
    • AI agents that finish work on their own
    • Vibe coding: building without being a developer
  • Your tools

We work with the model you already use

If your organization runs on Microsoft Copilot, the session is about Copilot. If everyone works with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, that's what we use. So your team can carry on the next day in the environment that's already there.

Still unsure about the choice? Then we compare the models for your situation.

05 / How it works

From request to a team that gets going.

Every session is tailored, so the work starts well before the day itself.

  1. 01

    Request

    Response within 24 hours

Tell us who's in the room, which AI tools you use and what you want to achieve. You always get a proposal first, with no obligation. Want a talk and a workshop? Then it's one proposal for both.

  2. 02

    Intake and preparation

    Beforehand

In a short intake we set the level and tune the session to your sector, audience and departments. The examples and exercises are about your own work, not a standard story.

  3. 03

    The session

One hour or half a day

On site, online or hybrid. A talk for the whole room, or a workshop where everyone gets to work in the tool your organization already uses.

  4. 04

    The next step

    Afterwards

Your team walks out with concrete ideas. Want to know where AI delivers the most? The AI Quick Scan is the logical next step.

06 / What your team takes away

Something that works on Monday morning.

The test of a good session is what happens in the week after. Everyone goes home with something that works, in the tools that are already there.

A talk gives the whole group the same picture and the enthusiasm to get started. A workshop goes further: your team practises on its own work and leaves with concrete opportunities for its own processes.

  • 01A shared picture

Everyone knows what AI can do today and what it means for their own work. That builds support across the whole group, and a starting point for a clear AI strategy.

  • 02Skills for the next day

Better prompts, and documents, email and reports done faster. Practised on their own work, in their own tool.

  • 03Clear boundaries

What you should and shouldn't put into an AI tool, explained without jargon.

  • 04An overview of opportunities

After a workshop: a Design Thinking overview of the tasks and processes where AI helps your organization.

The energy was tangible. Our whole team walked out with concrete ideas we started using that same week.
Judi van den Berg · Category Manager, DA Drogist

07 / Who's on stage

Olaf Lemmens brings AI to life.

During his talks Olaf noticed that organizations want to do something with AI but don't know where to start. That's what he's good at: explaining what AI means for your work, so concretely that your team can get started with it on Monday. He has been nominated for AI Person of the Year.

More about Olaf, his keynote themes and his latest articles on his speaker profile.

  • 019.3 average rating

From the evaluations participants fill in after a session.

  • 02100+ workshops and talks

For conferences, leadership days and teams.

  • 03160+ organizations

Helped with AI by Olaf and the NinA team.

  • 04A whole team behind him

10+ AI specialists in house, consultants and developers. What comes out of a session, NinA can then actually build.

After the session

A good session is a start. What you do next is where it pays off.

No obligation: a talk or workshop stands on its own. Want to know where AI delivers the most in your organization? The AI Quick Scan (€ 6,000) maps it in one day on site, with a business case and a roadmap within a week. If you then want to build, a dedicated team does that with you in the AI Partnership.

08 / Questions

Hiring an AI speaker: what you want to know.

Question not listed? Book a fifteen-minute intro call and we'll think it through with you.

What does it cost to hire an AI speaker?

A talk or keynote costs € 2,450 excluding VAT. A hands-on workshop costs € 4,500 per half day. Tailored preparation and travel within the Netherlands are included. You always get a proposal first, with no obligation, and we invoice in advance.

How quickly can we book an AI speaker?

You'll hear back within 24 hours of your request. In practice we usually schedule sessions three to six weeks ahead, but if there's a gap in the diary it can be sooner.

Is the talk suitable for people without technical knowledge?

Yes, and also for people who are already well ahead. In almost every room there's a big difference in level, from colleagues who have never opened ChatGPT to people who work with agents. Olaf keeps both groups engaged. For teams past the basics we run separate sessions on AI automation, AI agents and vibe coding. We set the level in a short intake.

Do you work with the AI tools we already use?

Yes: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. That's the difference between an interesting story and something your team can carry on with tomorrow. Still unsure about the choice? Then we compare the models for your situation.

In which language does Olaf give his talks?

Dutch and English. For international teams or an English-language programme, English is no problem.

Does he work across the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes, across the Netherlands and in Belgium. Travel within the Netherlands is included; for Belgium we include it in the proposal. Online or hybrid sessions are also possible.

Can a talk be combined with a workshop?

Yes. The talk builds support across the whole group, and the workshop afterwards gets a core team really working with it. You get one proposal for both. If you then want to know where AI delivers the most, the AI Quick Scan is the next step.

Can we cancel or reschedule a booked session?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 5 working days before the session. If you need to reschedule, we'll find a new date that works for you.
