01 / Sound familiar?

Everyone has an opinion on AI. Nobody has a number.

Most leadership teams don't lack ideas. They lack a case: which process first, what it delivers and what it costs to build. No number, no budget. No budget, no project.

  1. Lots of experiments, few results

“Everyone tries something with ChatGPT, but our processes barely change.”

  2. Too much choice

“There's something new every week. What's worth it for us?”

  3. Growth without people

“We're growing fast, but we can't find the people we need.”

  4. No business case

“I want to, but I can't justify it to the shareholders.”

02 / What you get

Four things on the table, within a week.

Not a thick report for the drawer. Four outcomes you can decide on tomorrow, and they're yours, even if you don't continue with us.

  • Where you are

    A baseline on seven dimensions

Strategy, data, technology, people, processes, governance and culture. One radar chart: where you are now and where you want to be in twelve months.

  • What it delivers

    A business case per opportunity

Each opportunity in hours and euros. Forty minutes, two people, eighty times a month: at € 45 an hour that's € 57,600 a year.

  • Where to start

    Opportunities on a matrix

Impact against effort. Quick wins first, big projects once the foundation is there. Chosen on numbers, not on who shouts loudest.

  • What's next

    A twelve-month roadmap

Which processes first, in what order, with the return. Plus honest advice on the package that fits, or on doing nothing.

03 / How it works

From yes to plan in three weeks.

We focus on one department, two at most. That's enough for a sharp business case.

  1. 01

    Agreement and prep

    Within two weeks

We schedule the day and send a short questionnaire. You pick the department with the most potential; we help you choose.

  2. 02

    The day on site

    Day 1

Leadership, team and work floor. We watch, ask and map the processes in measurable steps.

  3. 03

    Calculate and rank

    The days after

Per opportunity: cost, return, build layer and how sure we are. Opportunities without data get an honest warning.

  4. 04

    Presentation

    Within a week

On site. Where you are, the business case, the roadmap and our advice. Then you decide.

04 / The baseline

This is what the baseline looks like.

An example, not client data. The lowest score is usually the starting point: without data in order, that's where you begin.

The guarantee

At least 2x back in the first year. Otherwise we don't start.

If the Quick Scan business case doesn't show savings of at least twice the investment, we advise a smaller package, a different process, or not starting. And we say so out loud.

05 / Questions

What you want to know before you sign.

What does the AI Quick Scan cost?

€ 6,000 one-off, excluding VAT. That covers preparation, the day on site, the analysis and the presentation. Travel within the Netherlands is included. We invoice on agreement, payable within 14 days.

Do we have to sign up for a partnership afterwards?

No. The Quick Scan can be taken on its own and the outcome is yours. It is the fixed start of every AI Partnership: we never build without first knowing what it delivers.

How much of our team's time does it take?

One day, but not for everyone all day. Leadership joins the start and the presentation. We interview employees for thirty to sixty minutes, and five to twelve people is ideal for the brainstorm.

What if AI turns out to deliver little for us?

Then we tell you. Our guarantee is that we only start a partnership when the business case returns at least twice the investment. If it doesn't, we advise something smaller, something else, or nothing.

Is this the same as an AI audit?

Largely, and it goes further. An AI audit or AI scan usually maps where you stand. The Quick Scan does that too, with the baseline on seven dimensions, and then calculates per opportunity what it delivers and what it costs. So you don't get a report on what AI could do, but a business case and a twelve-month roadmap.
