N8N WhatsApp AI Agent (with human in the loop)

Below you will find the JSON for N8N with the AI WhatsApp chatbot.
The workflow uses WhatsApp as its trigger. Note: you need a WhatsApp Business account with a connected number to receive WhatsApp messages.
The agent consists of a language model and a database. We often use a PostgreSQL database for clients, but for most people a database in the form of Airtable will be a better solution.
When the agent can answer the question, the person asking receives an answer directly via WhatsApp.
When the agent cannot answer the question, a question is sent to an employee. In this case Slack is connected, but it can also be replaced by Teams chat, WhatsApp, email, Telegram or another chat app.
The employee then has the option to save the answer in the database, and the answer is sent to the person who asked.
