AI policy template (Dutch)
A ready-to-fill AI policy in ten chapters (in Dutch): principles, approved tools, which data may go where, human review and training. Includes a checklist for employees.
Almost every organization already uses AI, often without agreements. This template gives you an AI policy people actually understand in one afternoon: short, with a colour code for data and a desk checklist.
How to use it

Map what already happens
Ask anonymously who uses which AI tool and for what. Then you write policy for practice, not for show.

Fill in the ten chapters
Fill in everything between [square brackets]. Remove what doesn't fit; short is better.

Decide the approved tools
List in appendix A which tools are allowed, with which account and for what information.

Have it reviewed and explain it
Have your data protection officer or lawyer review it. And explain it to your team: a policy nobody understands doesn't exist.
